BAttalions for short soldiers

World War One was one of the biggest conflicts humanity has seen. It involved thousands of thousands of soldiers fighting for both sides. Vast majority of the soldiers recruited themselves willingly because of the propaganda and nationalism. The problem occured when many short men wanted to join the military. There was a height minimum requirement for soldiers - 160 cm. But because of the working propaganda machine hundreds of shorter men also wanted to join the fight. The army found a solution. They started creating battalions called Bantams, for short men only which had a little bit different task throughout the war.
